October Special Events!

Haunted Nursery Walk

Saturday evenings in October • 6:30 to 8pm

Come out to the valley for a spooky walk through the forest behind the greenhouses. BYOB! We’ll have hot chocolate and cider available for purchase. All ages are welcome, but the night walk might be a little scary for the very young — the walk is open for daytime spooky exploration during regular business hours for younger kids.

(Feedback from parents and grandparents on opening night indicated that it was not too much for their kids, but of course, it depends on the individual.)

Solar Eclipse Viewing

October 14 • 10am

Join us on Saturday morning to watch the partial solar eclipse. According to NASA the action will begin at 10:24 am and reach a 72% eclipse from our location. Click for details about the eclipse!

Photo booth, games and spinner will be open. Cider and baked goods will be available in the Coffee Bar. Bring your folding chair.

Free viewing glasses will be available while supplies last!

Floral wire and tools provided, materials priced per piece.

Registration covers cost of wreath base. Additional supplies paid at the workshop!
