Fragrant, moss-like ground-cover mint. Less than one inch tall, it is the least rampant of all the mints, and is not cold hardy in zone 5. Native to Corsica, Sardinia, France, and mainland Italy. It grows to only about 1/4″ tall, with very small leaves. Very spicy fragrance. Makes a beautiful companion planting with other herbs and ornamentals, and will tumble over container edges.
