These easy to grow, adaptable perennials grow in clumps to 2′ tall with daisy-like single flowers 2-3″ in diameter with deep yellow rays. Petals are notched at the tips and surround a dark golden center disk. Flowers open atop slender, erect stems rising to 2′ tall. Flowers bloom from late spring to late summer and sometimes into fall—regular deadheading will extend bloom time. A compact cultivar of the native C. grandiflora.
