Foliage:

Lacy silver-blue foliage resembles Artemisia ‘Powis Castle’ but is more compact with spikes that resemble Queen Anne’s lace. Flowers age to dusty pink. In its native range of the Crimean Peninsula and the South Aegean in Greece, it grows at high elevation in rocky alkaline soil but is adaptable when planted in well-drained soil.
