Purple-red foliage is nicely ornamental. Distinct cinnamon-clove flavor and aroma, with the spiciness of cumin. Used in Asian cooking and sushi. Blends well in flower gardens, containers. Plants grow about 1′ tall and will self seed in the right conditions.
