‘Sweet Tea’ foamy bells

X Heucherella 'Sweet Tea'

‘Sweet Tea’ forms a clump of large, dissected foliage in a unique shade of orange.  Spring foliage is a striking shade of apricot orange with a burgundy center blotch, and as the weather warms up the foliage darkens to coppery orange, russet, and cinnamon tones in summer. Small white flowers appear in late spring.

Heucherella is a hybrid genus produced from a cross between Heuchera and Tiarella.  The villosa species is more heat and drought tolerant, making this an ideal selection for regions with hot, steamy summers.
