Rosettes of burgundy-black leaves at the ends of stems that can grow several feet high. In winter, bright yellow flowers contrast with the dark foliage. Like all tropical succulents, ‘Zwartkop’ grows happily outdoors in summer, but needs careful watering through winter to avoid root rot. A gorgeous container plant that contrast beautifully with other houseplants in groups. Native to the Canary Islands.
