Striking green and red foliage sprouts from a central stem. ‘Red Congo’ is a hybrid variety and gets its color from Philodendron ‘Imperial Red’ and leaf shape from Philodendron ‘Tatei’. This non-vining Philodendron is a large, vigorous, and striking in color.
It requires very little maintenance indoors and can be moved outdoors to a shady spot in summer. Red Congo likes to dry out between waterings in winter.
