Fringed loosestrife

Lysimachia cilata

Yellow flowers on long stalks open in spring. Native to much of the lower 48 states, fringed loosestrife can be found in a variety of wetland habitats and sometimes on drier sites, often in shade. An excellent choice for rain gardens in shaded locations. An important native bee food source.
