Clusters of white blooms, from mid-summer to autumn are nectar-rich, attracting butterflies galore. As the flowers fade, they are replaced by intriguing seedpods which can be used in fresh or dried cut flower displays. Although this nursery selection of the native A. incarnata does not exist in the wild, Monarch caterpillars will feast on the foliage just the same.
