Prefers full sun and requires minimal attention. Blue-green foliage, delicate 2” flower clusters and brilliant red and yellow fall color all combine to make striking ornamental impact in multiple seasons. Pea-sized purple fruits make fantastic pies and preserves. Great wildlife food source. 8-15’ tall.
Serviceberry changes form as the growing conditions dictate, forming shrubs at the edges of it’s normal growth range but growing into a larger tree form where it finds the space.
